Download the CirrusMD app at the Apple or Google Store. Enter your name, DOB, and zip code. A welcome email is sent to confirm your account.
Within 60 seconds of logging into the app, you’ll be connected with a CirrusMD doctor licensed in your state.
Describe your symptoms or health condition. Stay in touch with your CirrusMD doctor until you feel better.
There’s never a cost to use CirrusMD doctors, and your employer does not receive a bill.
Use CirrusMD as often and for as long as needed. There’s no limit on usage.
Dependents are included at no cost. Ask your employer to register your family members.
To enroll employees, download and complete the subscriber list template. Include the name, DOB, city, state, and zip code of each employee. Add family members below the employee’s name. Submit the list to Memberly.
New accounts start on the 1st of the month. If your subscriber list changes, send the updated list to Memberly before the next month starts. The updated list will be effective on the 1st of the next month.
Invoices are sent via email in advance of the service month. Make payment via the link in the email. Memberly does not store credit card or banking details.
Programs for Uninsured Employees
With doctors and facilities publishing prices, uninsured individuals can now shop for healthcare. However, finding the most affordable providers can be a challenge. Instead of going it alone, Memberly has partnered with Assist Health Group to help members find and schedule cash-pay labs, imaging, and colonoscopies.
Cash-pay Diagnostic Networks
LaboratoryAssist gives cash-pay patients access to affordable laboratory testing. Laboratories and draw locations across the US participate in the program to offer quick, high quality and affordable cash-pay diagnostic lab testing.
Employees can request a lab test referral from CirrusMD which will be sent to LaboratoryAssist.
Once a location is determined, LaboratoryAssist will email instructions and a payment link.
Lab results can be sent via fax from the lab to CirrusMD for review and a follow-up consultation.
Through a network of imaging centers, cash-pay patients can access affordable radiology exams including:
MRI
CT Scan
PET Scan
Ultrasound
X-ray
Mammogram
Employees can request a referral from CirrusMD which will be sent to RadiologyAssist.
Once a location is determined, RadiologyAssist will email instructions and a payment link.
Results can be sent to CirrusMD for review and a follow-up consultation.
The program promotes affordable colon cancer screening. The following services are provided at affordable pre-negotiated cash-pay rates:

Cologuard
Employees can consult with a CirrusMD doctor regarding a Colonoscopy. A referral is not required.
Once a location is determined, ColonoscopyAssist will email instructions and a payment link.
Results can be sent to CirrusMD for review and a follow-up consultation.
Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs is a cash-pay mail order pharmacy that can be linked to a member’s CirrusMD account.
Members may use their local pharmacy or refer to the Cost Plus Drugs website to check available medications and compare prices. If Cost Plus Drugs has a lower price, the member can open a Cost Plus account to receive prescription orders from their CirrusMD doctor and pay for their medication prior to shipment.
Cash-pay Mail Order Pharmacy
Medication prices can vary dramatically depending on the source and discount programs available to employees. Cost Plus Drugs is a self-pay mail order option that an employee can link to their CirrusMD account..
Employees always have the option to use their local pharmacy and can compare prices of medications before instructing the CirrusMD doctor to submit their prescription.
To connect Cost Plus Drugs, employees open an account for themselves and enter shipping and billing information. Once this step is complete, the CirrusMD doctor can submit the prescription to Cost Plus Drugs.
It only takes one visit to a hospital to cause financial disaster for an uninsured employee and their family. But this doesn’t have to be the case.
Memberly has partnered with Goodbill to provide hospital bill negotiation for members at a discounted rate. Bill negotiation goes beyond simply asking for a discount or payment plan. When it’s done by Goodbill, cutting edge repricing technologies are used to identify errors, medical appropriateness, and excessive charges. The process also takes into account hospital charity care programs. If a member is within household income thresholds, the hospital bill may be reduced or waived.
Hospital Bill Negotiation
There is no cost to submit an application for hospital bill negotiation to Goodbill. The bill cannot be in collections. Goodbill does not guarantee a bill will be successfully negotiated.
If the hospital bill is successfully negotiated based on a review process, the fee is capped at $750 for employees in the CirrusMD program.
If the hospital bill is reduced or waived based on the hospital’s charity care program, Goodbill does not charge a fee. Memberlly does not receive or accept compensation on any assistance program.
Prescription Assistance Programs can help eliminate or reduce the financial burden of high-cost prescriptions, but enrolling and staying in these programs can be challenging for employees. Instead of going it alone, Memberly has partnered with Prescription Bliss to help members find a suitable program and manage the process
Prescription Assistance Program
Medication drug providers offer programs to help eliminate or reduce the financial burden of high-cost prescriptions. With over 1,500 prescription medications in the Prescription Bliss database, it’s likely they can find a solution to fit an employee’s prescription needs.
When medication(s) are approved and processed for shipment the monthly service fee is $49.00 per month, per medication enrolled. This is billed to the employee by Prescription Bliss. There is no charge for the medication.
The ongoing fee is paid to Prescription Bliss to manage enrollment in the MAP. There are no additional charges or hidden fees. Memberlly does not receive or accept compensation on any assistance program.
